Having a gear slot being gold only is a bit leaning on the pay to win side. Almost like giving you a third hero in pvp if you unlock it's team slot with gold. I mean, it's not a big price, and it can be farmed on dailies, but it's still a bit disappointing that they wouldn't even give some sort of covert task series to unlock it.
